Labour Tribunal

With effect from 3rd December 2018, legal representation will be offered to any person charged under section 42 of the Labour Tribunal Ordinance Cap. 25 for the offence of insulting behaviour of a person in a hearing of the proceedings in the Labour Tribunal. Applicants are subject to means test and payment of a fixed handling charge of $670.
